Kanaama Interactive Community Support (KICS) is a registered UK Charity which aims to provide the people of Kashare county in South West Uganda with water and sanitation, healthcare, education and income generating activities.

We collect information when you contact KICS via our website or social media, make a donation, or request our newsletter or updates, or any additional information about us.
How do we use your information?
We will use your information in different ways to keep in contact with you and provide information requested or updates that affect the charity, events and fundraising activities, donations and gift aid processing.

We collect your data to update you with activities and events that we feel will be of interest to you and will not collect any unnecessary data.

We do not share any of your personal data with third parties and if our policy changes, we will notify you.
How do we keep your data safe and who has access to it?
We ensure that there are security measures in place to protect your personal data and will limit access to your information.
How do we keep the information up to date?
Where possible we aim to keep your records up to date and we appreciate it if you can let us know when any of your contact details have changed.
How long do we keep the information?
We hold your information on our systems for as long as necessary and will remove the data on request.
Details of the information that we hold on you can be requested at any time so that you can check the details are correct and we will ask your consent for any data to be amended, removed or transferred.
You can also register to stop receiving marketing communications at any time.
How to complain
