KICS, which seeks to change lives in very poor communities in Uganda, is looking for new trustees including a Chair to join the board.
The trustees will join the new charitable incorporated organisation (reg 1200172) which will continue the work which the association (reg 1132288) has been doing since 2009. We are seeking to extend our work in education, microfinance and particularly in agriculture. Trustees of CIOs have limited liability, compared with the unlimited liability of the association’s trustees.
